Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 84g butter, room temperature
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Process dry ingredients and butter in a blender until a sand like texture.
  4. Fold in egg and milk until a dough is formed.
  5. Flatten out dough and cut out small disks and place onto a baking tray.
  6. Bake in the oven for 13-18 minutes, until they are golden on top.
