Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 4 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 84g butter, room temperature
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Process dry ingredients and butter in a blender until a sand like texture.
- Fold in egg and milk until a dough is formed.
- Flatten out dough and cut out small disks and place onto a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 13-18 minutes, until they are golden on top.
